DDS or Deep delivery system is composed of mainly phospholipids and membrane stabilizers as the rest of our delivery systems. What makes it unique is the presence of the right amount of penetration enhancers that help the system reach the desired cells.
The active ingredients encapsulated in the “Deep Delivery System” are delivered specifically in the deepest strata of the epidermis for a more intense and precise effect on the structures and cells located there: Melanocytes, Langerhans cells, Keratocytes, basal cells, Merkel cells.
The encapsulated active ingredients in these deep delivery systems penetrate the skin quickly and safely, without undergoing changes in their molecular structure and thereby retaining their functionality at the point of delivery.
DDS nanovesicles are ideal for the cosmetic application of active ingredients which require a progressive and sustained delivery over time in the epidermal layer. DDS nanovesicles are also resistant to washing and rinsing.
CONSTANT AND PROGRESSIVE MOISTURIZING
Simplify the formulation process by PROTECTING THE ACTIVE ingredient from oxidation, light degradation and interaction with other ingredients.
SOLVE ORGANOLEPTIC PROBLEMS by masking the smells and colours of the ingredients in a rapid, enduring and scalable manner.
Comfortable and easy to incorporate owing to their HIGH LEVELS OF STABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY with all types of cosmetic forms.
IMPROVE THE EFFICIENCY OF THE COSMETIC ACTIVE ingredients by UP TO 20 TIMES, through selective delivery in the target area.
The DDS systems enables up to X20 times the amount of active ingredient to reach the deepest layer of the skin

Penetration Study
The micrographs show how the rhodamine-stained DDS nanovesicles are able to reach the deeper layers of the skin at high concentration.
In vivo test for the evaluation of moisturizing effect
Topical application of 6% DDS nanovesicles produces a significant moisturizing effect: over 70% increase in hydration after 30 minutes. The hydrating action remains consistent throughout the day (24-hour hydration).
The gradual degradation of the nanovesicles releases moisturizing components into the skin, which actually increase hydration levels after 24 hours—reaching values similar to those observed 30 minutes post-application. Continuous and progressive hydration.
Efficacy Test
With the aim of evaluating the effectiveness of the delivery systems used, studies are conducted to determine the level of penetration of the active ingredients into the different layers of the skin.
These tests are carried out by the topical application of the ingredient, both in its free form and encapsulated within the developed delivery system, allowing for a comparison of its behavior, stability, and absorption capacity at the skin level. Achieving X20 times increase in the efficacy of the actives
